Mansi is a thoughtful and logical leader. She has lived through different roles and problems and is able to share and teach her experiences clearly. Mansi advised me on career decisions and was able to share personal insight, while also reflecting back what she heard from me. Mansi lead a two week professional development workshop that I was fortunate to attend. Even though the experience level of the participants varied greatly the material covered was universal enough that we all got to benefit. Throughout, Mansi maintained a nice balance between presenting and facilitating conversations which made for a much more engaging and valuable experience.
